Therapy #2

Think of the last time you were REALLY angry. WHY were you angry? Do you still feel the same way?


Usually I'm a pretty laid back person and don't really get angry that often. But last time I was in a rage was just the other day. It had been building for a little while and I had no idea how to let it out. When I was little I would break stuff, thankfully I've grown out the habit. When it's warm enough, I hop in the pool and scream and scream. This time, all I had was pen and paper, so I basically made a really angry mess of scribbles.  I don't know why I was so mad, except I think it has something to do with low B12 levels and work. Since getting a job my body's food clock is messed up, as I often forget to bring food. So yeah, I'm all good at the moment, I'm kind of hoping it stays that way for a little while.

  1. Oh yes, I definatelly understand these inexplicable rages.
    Ahaha, you're right, mistakes make you cringe but they never seem to stop you.
